I thought I had everything. I was living the life. Working, with what I love the most, as a chef at some fantastic Michelin-starred restaurants. Yet something was missing. Why should only people with fat wallets have the opportunity to experience true culinary art?

The alternatives, fast food and crappy ready-made meals, aren't exactly cheap either. Hopefully, we can cook really delicious food from fresh ingredients BUT that everyone can afford... I found a little shabby warehouse near Skanstorget in Gothenburg. I risked everything and then some to dive into this, my life's project BENNE. We hope that you, our dear guests, are really satisfied with both the food and the price so we have the pleasure of seeing you again soon.
